Click on "Sign Up" in the header, choose your account type (Job Seeker, Employer, Property Owner, or Tenant), fill in your details (name, email, phone), and verify your account. Registration is free and takes less than 5 minutes.

Is the service free to use?

Yes, basic features are free for all users. You can search jobs, browse properties, and view rentals without payment. Premium features like verified ad posting, priority listings, and enhanced profiles require a subscription. We offer flexible pricing for employers, real estate agents, and property owners.

How do I search for jobs?

Use the "Jobs" section to search by keyword, location, company, or job category. Filter results by experience level, salary range, and employment type (full-time, part-time, freelance). Save your favorite jobs and apply directly through the platform with your resume.

How do I create my job profile/resume?

After registration, go to "My Profile" and add your details: personal information, work experience, education, skills, and certifications. Upload your resume PDF. Complete profiles get 3x more visibility from employers. You can update your profile anytime.

How do employers post job listings?

Register as an Employer, then click "Post Job." Fill in job title, description, requirements, salary, location, and application deadline. Choose free or premium posting. Premium listings get verified badge, top placement, and up to 10x more applications. Review and publish your listing.

How do I apply for jobs?

Click "Apply Now" on any job listing. Submit your resume and profile through the platform. Some employers may request additional documents or answers to screening questions. You'll receive email notifications about application status (received, reviewed, interview invited, or rejected).

Are job listings verified?

Yes, all job listings undergo verification. We check employer credentials, company registration, and job authenticity. Premium job postings get a "Verified" badge. We remove fake or fraudulent listings immediately. If you encounter suspicious jobs, report them to our support team.

Can I track my job applications?

Yes, go to "My Applications" to view all submitted jobs. Track status (applied, reviewed, interview, hired/rejected). Set up notifications for application updates. You can also withdraw applications if needed. Premium users get detailed analytics on application views and responses.

How do I list my property for sale?

Register as a Property Owner, click "Post Property," and add details: location, type, area (sq. ft.), price, heading, description, and amenities. Upload photos (minimum 5) and documents (property card, title deed). Choose free or verified premium listing. Premium listings get priority placement and verified badge.

Are property listings verified?

Yes, we verify all real estate listings. Premium sellers provide property documents (title deed, occupancy certificate, tax receipts) for verification. Verified listings display a badge. We investigate suspicious postings and remove fraudulent listings. Always verify property documents before transaction.

How do I search for rental properties?

Use the "Rentals" section to search by location, rent range, property type (apartment, house, PG), and bHK configuration. Filter by amenities (parking, WiFi, furniture), tenant type (family, bachelor,女性), and availability date. View photos, contact landlords, and schedule visits.

How do I list my property for rent?

Register as a Landlord, click "Post Rental," and add: location, type, area, monthly rent, maintenance, security deposit, availability date, and rules (pets, smoking). Upload photos and documents (ownership proof). Include preferred tenant type. Premium listings get verified badge and top placement.

What is the typical security deposit?

Security deposit varies by property type and location. In Hyderabad: Apartments typically require 6-10 months rent as deposit, independent houses 10-12 months, PG accommodations 1-2 months. Some landlords offer no-deposit or low-deposit options. Deposit is refundable at lease end (minus damages).

How do rental agreements work?

Jobs get 10x more applications, properties get 5x more inquiries.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, cancel anytime through "My Account" > "Subscriptions." Monthly plans cancel immediately; annual plans get refund for remaining months (minus 10% processing fee). Your listings remain active until current period ends. Downgrade to free account anytime. Contact support for assistance.

Is there a refund policy?

We offer refunds for premium listings if: Listing is removed due to verification failure, Service not provided as promised, or Duplicate payment. Refund request must be within 7 days of payment. Process takes 5-7 business days. Free listings and basic features are non-refundable. Contact support for refund requests.

How do I report fake or suspicious listings?

Click "Report" button on any listing. Select reason (fake job, fraud property, suspicious renter/landlord). Provide details and evidence (photos, messages).
